We take Pennsylvania Grade A Medium Maple Syrup and age it in used Rye Whiskey barrels from Catoctin Creek Distilling Company in Purcellville, Virginia. After resting in the barrel for two months the syrup takes on a warm, slightly smoky flavor. We’re based in NE DC running the business our of our home in Woodridge and a facility in Takoma, DC.
