My First Job…
My first job was a self-made lawn mowing business at the age of 13. My friend and I made a business mowing lawns with the goal of making enough money to buy a go-cart for each of us. We reached our goal and had years of fun on our go-carts. My first job working for someone else was with Frank’s Nursery and Crafts in Laurel at the age of 14. I watered the flowers and bushes, swept the floors and helped customers load bags of mulch and manure in to their cars.
A Day in the Life…
I typically visit several of my pharmacies or attend meetings in the morning and early afternoon hours before going to my office. Once I get to my office at Grubb’s on Capitol Hill, I meet with various staff members to discuss business related issues. I then work on a stack of paperwork and other business related things before heading home in the evening.
When I’m Not Working, I…
I like to play with my kids, watch movies with my family, go out to restaurants and hang out with friends. I like to take ballroom dance lessons with my wife and I also like to ride my Harley Davidson when the weather is nice.DC Residents Should Think Local First Because…
